This company has huge communication problems. The latest example is how they communicate about RTO. It is frustrating and creating a breeding ground for distrust and confusion. Has communication ever been worse? Why is that so? I don't remember it ever being more chaotic to work here than it is now.

Once a month? It is down to once a week. Typically Wednesday or Thursday.
They really know how to communicate those Clover emails. We must get one every month about connecting a merchant to Clover
The current regime plays favorites. RTO for some people, WFH for some people, 2x pay for some people in the same title as others, etc.. #fiservproud
