4 of my 5 team members got the same %, anyone see anyone get anything outside of what was in the announcement?
The 5th did not due to a recent promotion.

When were the raises supposed to be taken effect? As I was told it would be the week of Oct 10th.
This is state street we are talking about, do you really think they’d give larger raises then they said they would?
We all still took a pay cut this year of now net 5% - with the 3%. while state profits were basking in the +8.3% inflation gains .

I won't get anything because I got a raise, so basically my hard work for my raise is meaningless and my small raise is now devalued.
Which department is everyone in and what level? I have heard some got closer to 4% but I did not get any yet.
3% for myself and my 3 reports. All I have heard is you either got 3% or no change.
Why the big surprise of getting no raises and bonuses , and when you do get them they are what ? mostly under 3%.
This is not the old State street when raises and bonuses went from 2% up to 6%
