You have it all wrong, friend.
Most of the Kronos team had no hand in your pain. We are victims too. None of us signed up to work at this confusing mishmash of management and products. Certainly none of us signed up to be pawns in this big money game.
We just want to ply our respective crafts and make a living. Just like you. We are all feeling the pressure to become the one, which is corp speak, not to mention the return to each other (gag).
If you want to direct your ire at anyone, make it Hellman and Friedman. And the whole private equity industry. THEY created this and we just have to tough it out, figure it out.
Or leave. The HCM/time and attendance market is still a good one. It’s pretty recession proof although the pay isn’t stellar. Companies need those services no matter what.
