I'm shocked that we're still able to attract new employees considering there's more than enough info online on the type of culture they're walking into and what mess they're going to find once they start, among other things. All I can think of is they don't do their due diligence and only look at the sites that spill the usual company propaganda. I'd feel bad for them, but they put themselves in that position on their own.
Agreed. I made that mistake as a Technical Consultant only to find out how shockingly fragmented the overall Banking Division is. I guess it's good that it was sold because from what I was told after joining was that ACI has never been good at Digital Banking but somehow kept getting multi million dollar projects with new and existing customers.
Their Banking product line sucks.
