Amazing how one bad dictator “ceo” can destroy a amazing company in such a short time

I deal with HyVee's on a weekly basis and I can tell you this, out of the 24 stores I call on, there is not 1 happy employee. Not one and this is no exaggeration. People are quitting left and right and they have no one to fill their shoes. It's quite shocking.

No,Employees at Bed Bath and Beyond arent complaining as they haven't been treated as poorly and DISRESPECTFUL AS THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN AT HYVEE.ITS AWEFUL HOW YOU PEOPLE TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND IT ALL STARTED WHEN YOU LAYED OFF AND FIRED SO MANY OF YOUR LONG TERM EMPLOYEES TO CUT LABOR COSTS. AWEFUL COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

I wonder if the employees at Bed, Bath& Beyond walk around complaining all the time instead of putting their brains to work finding ways to engage and win over customers?

HyVee is the next bed and bath. Walk into any bed and bath store. They all look like trash inside. They squeezed merchandise on every square Stores are cluttered with junk. Now look around at HyVee stores. They are the same these day. Way too much junk from GM all over the stores. For the love of good will someone fire the GM president for sending store sh-t product that no one wants. Who want Indy cars? Come on guys.

I believe September is end of year for them. It will be very interesting to see what happens. I know of several stores not making money and they are paying rent to a non HyVee owned company. They'll use the recession and lack of employees as an excuse to close several stores. Just my thought. They have a horrible business plan and need to do something like this to stop the bleeding.

Word of mouth is a GREAT form of advertising.Maybe all those employees that had their wages cut,got fired,or simply quit the company are neither shopping at hyvee or they are speaking up how aweful it is to work for this company. This was all brought on by the corporate staff by the way they treat their employees.WAKE UP HYVEE,YOUR NOT TO BIG TO FAIL.👎

Don’t know him.
I do know this, sales are down throughout the Illinois region.
The core departments are down, meat, produce, only reason general is up is do to giving away soda every week.
I said 2 years ago, after losing 16% of my wage right before COVID.
Payback is coming, wat goes around comes around.
Those dopes don’t control anything, employees can get increases or they can just collect checks and watch it fail
My checks keep coming and I’m enjoying every second of the payback.
Oh yeah , not only are sales a struggle, profit is down big time
Chew on that Randy and all ur friends
Payback is a bi--h

Jeremy G won’t make a great leader. He lack skills on so many levels. He was afraid to try and fix Randy short falls. He is going to lead the same way as randy. He is the type of guy that will have his ego get in his way like randy. I’ve worked with Jeremy G a couple years ago and I can tell you he isn’t that smart. He was a backstabber and would throw his own mother under the bus just to look good. Dude will make Randy look not so re--rded.

Yeah right, he knows the business. Think I will hurl now. ...he is Randy''s yes man, and nothing else. I've forgotten more about the grocery business in my 42 years in it, than what that little twerp will ever hope to learn

Two CEOs, announced 3 weeks apart? It's never been more obvious that Edeker is just making this up as he goes. Why not 3 CEOs? Or 4, or 5? It's just another Hy-Vee title that means absolutely nothing.
