Thread regarding Belk layoffs

Small vs. big stores

I am currently working in a small store and I am very dissatisfied. I'm looking for a new job in another company, but I'm wondering how much better it is to work at a bigger Belk store? Maybe someone here has worked in both, small and large, so they can make a comparison.

Big stores are more big lies. Small stores are lacking associates to work with customers and low or no quality products! Welcome to Belk goodwill and retail dollar stores!

Big stores are understaffed and workload is disproportionate to amount of people trying to get things done. Expectations are more realistic in smaller stores.
