People.. I’ve been with ciena for almost 5 years all I can say is that it’s really depressing to be in ciena and people
The main job of P5 and manager in test is to work as a team to insult team members to make engr look like they dont do their jobs, incase there is a HR case. The HR knows about it and also supports their behaviour.
All this is supported by Dir and VP. They claim they do a favor to create non-hostile team.
They privately promote and encourage and reward the P5 and manager who bully team members.
Sanjose team should be disbanded.
