Latest redundancy round in Wales announced.

In the end only 2 actual redundancies, both voluntary. Everyone else who wanted to stay found positions elsewhere in CGG. So really just a month of unnecessary stress and upset for all involved. It could have been a restructuring but we all know how much N Wales management love to jump at redundancy.
Are these losses really necessary? Hopefully they can be saved.
Cut the fat. You can find another job and no one can stop you.
Don't worry everyone the union will save the day!!
