If you are a beautiful black American, you should take a look at the 2u board of directors and the mutual funds that own 2u. If you can get past the obvious lack of melanin in the photos, take a gander at the board memberships and what foundations they contribute to. You won't find a lot of diverse, equitable, and inclusive funding supporting black people.
Within the last couple of years, as the decline of 2u progressed, did you notice a significant increase in promotions for black people? Why did 2u wait until the sh----r was full before advancing black people? DEI is a numbers game and it only benefits the people at the top who make the real money and call the real shots.
