You wonder why you continue to lose partnerships, you wonder why you continue to lose top tier talent and you wonder why you continue to lose recruitment numbers…. Too focused on the wrong thing. Too focused on KPIs that don’t mean sh-t. This business is simple applications and completed files. Everything else doesn’t matter. Definition of insanity. Cycling in new leadership every few years, each who think they have the special sauce that will right the ship, but when results don't hit as promised, they revert to their factory settings and lay off talent which works for a minute, rinse & repeat.
