Thread regarding Apache Corp. layoffs

Functional idiocy coming to an end?

We are pushing functional leads out faster than our reserve base dwindles. Could we be seeing the beginning of the dismantling of the fake reorg, orchestrated to save our over-fed leaders skin, which disabled an already poorly functioning system. We have exported 3 of the biggest boils on Houston's a$$, but can we finish the job and remove the needless managerial redundancy?

all they probably do is read the performance reviews of team leads and managers and deliver it to the people. Ahh and maybe help set up some few interviews.

They never made sense in the first place. Redundant and expensive. Micro managers don’t add value. Apache was at its best when they were mean and lean.
