Had that happen guys went out at 430 to do a bunkbed by the time they got there it was almost 5 sh-t fell apart on the lady she called the store next day come to find out they just throw the rest of the screws away and any parts needed just enough to get the think looking together but that's what happens when you don't schedule right and alot of store do this .They walk in throw that sh-t down and build it as quick as possible don't even look at the instructions parts missing screws bent ,stripped they just want to get out and it's not fair to them but it's how the sm schedules sh-t

PEOPLE there are so many jobs out there with a dollar or of what your making now, how much is it worth to you to like where you work? How much is family time worth? So many people have side jobs too, you are only stuck at rac cause you want to. Use them as a stepping stone to you next better job!
At work now opened near a 40 cleared 3 cards no one is picking up depressed and just want to go home feel helpless if I could get everyone to pay sure would but no one even responds and pays whenever they want, asked me to fix credit get people on track HOW when no one even picks up the phone or no one texts back can't help someone who don't even respond to you it's so SO overwhelming I feel like giving up .
They expect to much delivery people call out then inside staff have to go out and asked why you didn't hit credit goals/sales goals like hey as----e I was on the road doing all these deliveries you sound crazy right now . Plus having mega deliveries on and fu---d up schedules doesn't help one bit . Who puts a God damn living room on and bedroom and washed on a 5 pm like really I see deliveries guys when they actually come in just throw that sh-t in the house screws missing parts missing legs not on all the way they want to get out like all of us that sh-t ain't no priority for them they want to get out see there family or whatever they do at the time they are scheduled till .
Well said I 💯 agree . I see alot coming and going very quickly the quot without warning some give signs some don't and just leave here one day next day gone it's got so bad bro people literally not joking work 1 day and quit some go a week or a month and quit its crazy !
I think it’s more of overworking people & setting them up with unrealistic goals every week. Then proceeding to get mad about those goals not being met.
I think that for delivery drivers, we are thrown so much stuff in the day. Just bad scheduling & coordination overall. Since we’re the labor force that gets the merchandise to and from the store to a customers house, we’re expected to behave and work like total robots no matter the situation or circumstances.
As a manager or someone in the office, your made to meet demands of needy DMs. Constant Conference calls to talk about the same business as last week. No regard for the fact that you’ve sold to nearly everyone you can, calling and texting the same people on the lists from the previous week or so. You’re practically forced to sell to just about anyone just to meet that goal.
Then credit is about as ridiculous as it can be. Same people on cycle everyday calling, texting, never answering. You can barely meet that goal & when you do, it just reverts back to square one as soon as Monday comes.
I just think the company needs to reevaluate its goals & how they can meet those goals better without burning people out.
There is the hand book rules and the dm rules . Get results just don't get caught turn a blind eye long as that 8.9/6.9 are there .
Its true the vp tells all his rds who the coworkers are that are giving negative survey, it must really be terrible to go there to work tomorrow
Suffice to say not 1 employee is happy at this company. Heard they do surveys about employees happness or something along those lines and if you answer that in the wrong manner you're a target . Heard that from a third party don't know how true it is .
I once worked here long ago . I remember being trained for collections the guy took a hammer to someone's door and super glued his front door . Needless to say i didn't stay much longer after that . I could only imagine what's it's like now . I remember it being impossible to get people to pay ontime . Then when I wasn't getting results they were talking about my job I was in the position a month I quit a very short time after that .Sorry not going to smash someone's door down with a hammer or vandalism charges to the persons front door . Heard that guy mitch is a snake too . Probably sat home all day on sat while his bad decisions made staff in stores doing runs because no one pays because of the decision engine .
Well over half the complaints seem to be between unrealistic goals and treatment of employees it explains why the companies turn-over rate is extremely high which isn't good for business was reading on here some just quit because your not allowed to take time off apparently this is the only place you're not allowed to take time off or a vacation all these things lead to people quiting my sister worked for this company for about 4 months she said it was the worst job she ever had and most stressed out place she has ever been at I have no real answer why people are treated so bad but seems like it's a company wide thing and you can't run a business like this .Change starts from the top . Looks like most don't like the ceo here either I've seen on here maybe that's where the change needs to start !
