Once the court approves the sale of RS to the buyer, SGAS will be no more. From the morgue to the grave for burial... I am sad that this used to be a thriving org.. I was one of the original comdisco guys... R.I.P SGAS. Read more from the comm from MR today.

@1met+1j3ar4QB it's probably good considering they sold the RS portfolio for $60m compared to the CMS for $1 while assuming all debt....

I was surprised. I really thought they were going to downsize the company and continue the RS business. Last one out shut off the lights.
