We've been having trouble hiring for months. SW's reputation has finally caught up with the company, especially considering the way the management treated employees during the pandemic. On one hand, I'm glad people have wised up and are staying away. On the other hand, we desperately need help and can't get any. You win some, you lose some, I guess.
