Perhaps someone might not agree with me, but I have the impression that for a very long time, the leadership has been paying more attention to secondary things instead of those that should be priorities for the successful operation of the company. It saddens me and I wonder if they will finally focus on priorities?

whatever these things are, you view them as secondary, they see them as primary - that tells you something about the direction they are taking the company
