If severance is even half-decent, I'd be happy to volunteer for layoffs and I know a lot of other folks who would do the same. Too many changes have happened in a too short time and many of us are no longer happy here. Give us a chance to walk away with something and we will gladly accept.

😂 A corporation laying off an employee who has supported them by moving around where needed, having good attendance, good reviews, zero scrap and mis-processes while others they kept sleep, play on their phones, don’t give af, and have bad attendance, but are “family”….. paying a severance of one week pay per year of service is not exactly what I would consider “supporting you.” I’ll consider it hazard pay for being an essential worker while millions of others were sitting around collecting government $$$. By the way, you can decline the offer when your time comes, Karen.. or Bob. Best of luck 🤞
Best thing that could’ve happened for me! 😉🥂☮️👋🏻😎
What was the story?
The expectation of a company to support you after you no longer work for them.
Same.
I wish that was the case. It wasn't an option when I was let go and was told a bs story about the entire process.
