Recent moves are pointing to Q1 changes. Any insights?

U mean “Wreak A Center”, what a dump of a company. Closed the store by my house.
Safe to say after finding this site and taking 30 mins to read posts rent a center employees are happy and love their jobs ! 😀Sounds like they need to get rid of the ceo if this is the kind of work environment he fosters .
I agree there is absolutely no redeeming qualities to this job at all !
My day consists of my boss and the dm yelling literally at me for sales . What a complete depressing job to work for this company has no sense. I literally hate my job even more everyday to the point oneday I just won't come in anymore . Give them the same courtesy they would give anyone of us like they did to the last girl just replaced her she had no idea what a uncomfortable position I was in even getting this job I was her replaced I didn't and she didn't know it but she trained me . Pressure is wayyyy to much ain't no money worth your sanity because that's what it's come down to feel like i am losing my mind for this company stressful everyday you come into here frankly it's getting to be not worth it and actually effecting my health .
Been calling this slt all day not a single person wants anything. The managers act like we can get a million sales maybe a million hang ups .
Time to franchise all the stores and get rid of the horrible upper mgmnt
This is a desperate attempt to save the company rent to anyone it definitely seems they want more sales over the quality of the sale.
This company is circling the drain doing whatever they can do to oversea every job at home office . Bunch of free time events selling to the worst people I've every seen just because they are approved and every payment on some of these accounts is 30 40 or even more past due still giving them more stuff don't at all expect collections to get in control anytime soon renting to people of this caliber . System been approving skips that's when you know your system is broken and they are desperate for anyone to come in the freaking door ..

On a honest note this place just needs to close down and go bankrupt. For all the current and former employees this place has done wrong to even customers . I seen so many articles and employee reviews all are poor for all across the country. There own company has a 1 star with thousands of reviews mainly customers then when you look on indeed 95 percent are negative other 5 are probably people who work at home office . I would never ever ever buy stock in this company . It's just a complete downward trend. Looking at all these employee reviews they are just terrible no one is happy working for them not a one gets up in the morning wanting to go to work for this place it seems . I believe right now they are barely making it it's a illusion anything positive that comes from this company I've seem many articles. They need to improve the co worker happiness for sure because they will not make it just will not . Seems the district managers have alot to do with it on here seem someone putting there hands though walls someone wrote in here that's very unprofessional and would definitely make people not happy to work here and it seems they run putting fear into the employees from what I gather very bad ..
Should get rid of rd they are a message relying manager . 1 dm per state then they can save themselves some money .
They probably just had or will have a goodbye dm/rd meeting, lol
