In my over 4 decades of working I have worked at telephone companies and other companies, HPE by far is the worse place I have ever worked. I lasted less than a year and I am so glad to be out of that place. The supervisor by far is the worse one I have ever had in my career. Great distance between #1 and #2.

You could be really good at your job. That should do it.
We used to have 10 people in our group. After the last round of WFR, we are now down to 2. What can I do to get WFR at the next round?
Yes I left HPE a little over two years ago since the job was ki----g me with 15 hour days and managers kept holding the pay increase carrot over my head saying I was doing great but could only give a 1% pay increase after all the promises year after year.
Since then my blood pressure is way down. I can sleep at night and no more nightmares of people chasing me through the woods. My only advice would be to leave before it ki--s you. It's just NOT worth the stress and mental anguish at all.
In reference to the stifling of creativity/innovation, I can attest to that firsthand. I am in a consultant group but with an innovation charter, so we are working on a new product with hopes of integrating with GL PCE, but the company does not want to invest until we invest from our own P&L and get a customer and revenue... That is the backwards thinking that stops innovation in it's tracks. This company constantly puts the "vision" out there that they want to be a services led company and a big shift to GL, but doesn't want to invest in new offerings....
I think I am good from this, most likely, coming round of WFRs, but I will gladly take another position at current or even as low as 85% salary just to get out of here
As long as you are there, take the money. When it stops, leave. Got a better offer? Take it.
Let go of the loyalty trap. That's what ki--s the soul.
Nothing has changed at this place but the address. The old running joke while ordering lunch in the cafeteria (old Jones Rd location), “Hey! We made it past Monday morning!” or “Made it to another payday!” Sad reality but it was true.
HPE is always crowing about the culture. The culture sucks now! People are now constantly in fear of being fired. This will make people only work hard enough not to get fired. They see high achieving people being let go like they are now, they will look elsewhere. It stifles creativity, innovation and rewards corporate lackeys. You all know the type. People who have meetings for the sake of having a meeting. People who prospect not to grow business but to go through the motions.
What Org?
