I heard a person was affected who I would never have thought could be a target of cuts considering that he is a very good employee.
What's happening here?
Is it possible that they cut the best while leaving those who aren't competent but for some reason are the manager's favorites?
Why cut the best?
Sometimes the 'best' becomes too conceited and arrogantly assumes they can run the company better than the management whose job it is to actually run the company.
It’s a worst place to work unless one belongs to old people soft gang or the new comers from oracle cartel. These 2 groups don’t do any work at the expense of other employees. Find some other job , else one will rot here ..
