So tell me that no layoffs are coming to the Schenectady campus. Watch first Managers and Opps. Leaders will be laid off the it will me lead to an hourly layoff/ restructuring.

It’s a done deal, lights out, time to change the bulb I mean jobs layoffs are coming fast
puz+1jCg6EJD I don’t disagree in the end but over greediest will cause more loss of profit in the end.
2syb+1jCg6EJD scrimp on hiring process, scrimp on qualifications, scrimp on starting pay and benefits, then eventually you have shrimp educating shrimp. Certainly you can’t expect the shrimp to fully float the GE boat.
If ge would have promoted employees from within, not talking about clueless managers or number crunches ,we talking bout hourly employees that could train new employees correctly the work would be staying in greenville. Problem is ge hired pi-s poor mid level managers that basically burnt out or fired the actual employees that produce quality products. Now you got a high turnover rate with employees that barely understand basic on the job skills with no benefits or pay. Sorry but the truth hurts
The name of the game is long term prosperity and opportunity for families. Short term profit focus is just plain greed at any cost. Karma is coming back to you as we speak. You are selling people into slavery for what? A few extra US dollars to spend for a couple years. You must be mad! Where are the real leaders with a vision for humanity. Anyone can go for a quick buck.
Bring on the VRIP’s or SERO’s
Big GE working with blade companies to reopen their factories because no work is coming for base load. Just Google TPI in Iowa. Very few US gas turbines even less steam turbines huge layoffs coming starting in Schenectady but also in Greenville.
PROFIT is the name of the game
