So far I have always been as dedicated as possible to my work but now I am totally demoralized. I don't think it's worth working more than the minimum necessary to get the job done. Moreover, I believe that after these cuts productivity will drop drastically in general..

You are clearly a bootlicker American with stickholm-syndrome
Do the minimum to get your work done, then shut off for the day and go enjoy life. Spend time with your family, friends, and do things you love.
It was said it another comment, but you (or anyone else) would be cut in a heartbeat if it benefitted SF. Your role, your performance, your history, your personal circumstances etc. wouldnt even matter at all. There's really no point giving more when this is the sad reality.
This is a sinking ship. This is only work. Why would you even put your personal feelings and effort into a company except for getting paid to take care the more important things like retirement, family, and life in general. If they can cut you and it benefits them, they would cut you in a heart beat without thinking about it. You are probably the only few that are wasting your precious life resources on this abusive relationship.
You have most certainly never been through a previous downturn in the market. This is all apart of it, things will get better. Stop complaining and change your attitude
