Always remember that HR is there to protect the company, not you as the employee. They have to give you an exit meeting to explain everything. If they don't, report NETGEAR and Patrick Lo & Tamesa Rogers. These are the people who make MILLIONS of dollars on your back. https://www.netgear.com/about/management/ They are to blame for losing your job. They could all take pay cuts and save good employees, they CHOOSE not to because of greed. Netgear is going the way of the dinosaur. Don't believe the lies they tell shareholders!
Those of us affected were not told very much at all. All very 'sudden'. HR is acting like they were told to cut ties as fast as possible. Normally there's not much 'urgency' from HR.
