How can you dump people with no notice when they have been loyal employees for years. Seems like those with medical issues were targeted.
It was also the older employees who were targeted. None of this is legal. I'm seeing a class action suit sometime in the future if enough people decide to fight back.
It definitely woke me up as to what kind of company old dominion really is when they walked out many many many great employees, since that giant layoff I am now seeking new employment, because at the end of the day, they’re just another corporate America company that pays you to keep your mouth shut about how they really treat you.
