Since it's legal in most of the country. Does GE still dr-g test for THC?

They've basically stopped all routine testing in Greenville. And it shows when you look at the quality metrics.
What productive company atmosphere? Just say company atmosphere.
This is a very gray area for companies period. Possibly opening up a can of discriminatory worms. Yes they can but do they really want the possible repercussions that could follow into a productive company atmosphere.
Keep testing GE and fire all positive test result losers as federal law hasn't been changed. "Roll me a fat one dude"...lol,
It's the insurance company that keeps them testing for it. If they can prove you were high or under the influence of something when you f'ed yourself up while on the job, then they aren't going to pay you sp-t!!
Some state laws (like NY) prohibit the termination of any employee for failing a THC dr-g test.....so IDK what happens if it comes up positive
On the Federal level, ma------a remains a dr-g listed in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act regardless of any state laws. This is why GE will keep testing for it and terminate any employee testing positive for it.
