How will it work come Dec 1st when new jobs go into effect and layoffs haven't been announced? Talk about awkward... When are things going to happen?

I really can't think of one good reason to work here, unless you have absolutely no other options. Krause is not a CEO who cares about people at all.
Expect the transition and consolidation plans to be communicated after the year-end close.
So what's going to happen between Dec and layoffs? Everyone does their same jobs the way they were in 2022? Or will only the new people start working? Someone has to have insights to share.
Layoffs are delayed until after the first of the year for some.
Just got email the HR head will not be in the new company. She was a liar. She lied about the employee survey results in the meeting that was not good .
A few years ago the layoff was done on December 17th. Real bad doing it so close to Christmas
They should lay off people on Nov 30 or at least before Christmas, otherwise they are on the hook for CIB bonuses for employees they are only keeping until Jan
Some layoffs won't happen until January for reasons unknown except to the ELT. There are people who have privately already been told that they will be let go at that time. Talk about twisting in the wind. At least they have time to prepare. Maybe Krause is hoping some will quit.
Haven't heard anything but some scuttlebutt that lists are finalized. I don't think they will announce this week with Thanksgiving. So earliest we will hear is December.
