I see UK is haemorrhaging staff recently especially senior management.Think there might be big things about to happen?One can only plug so many hole's before we sink.
Told some cuts are coming this month. Some people are already in the know.
Recently, I was approached by a recruiter to see if I am interested in this company. I told this person that I have seen inner works of the company good enough not to be there ever again.
They don't need to make layoffs as everyone leaving on their own.Their jobs are then outsourced to India.Company is all smoke and mirrors at the moment.
