This is not abnormal. CSC never gives raises, at least they didn't when I worked there. The may be the most unethical company I've worked for.

You guys are lucky, go and look at DXC Technology - ever since the spinoff they have not got any rises. some have no rises in six years!

If you are in the club, you can do this and still keep your job. These are two interesting Google search results, https://www.cbsnews.com/boston/news/reading-man-faces-charges-after-chase-crash-in-barnstable/ and https://hyannisnews.com/watch-wild-barnstable-village-pursuit-rollover-footchase-arrest/. The "bowling ball" like park job in a residential area is spectacular. It's ok. The club has your back.

Meanwhile Pradeep and Antonio and their buddies are travelling on the corporate jet around the world saying how good things are going. Biggest scam of any company ever!

Nobody's resentful. No need to get all defensive HR-director-dude-lurking-on-thelayoff.

You’re fools if you didn’t move around these last few years for higher pay and are resentful about it.

...and we're all the court jesters? Or are we simply fools for sticking around at a company that offers us a 1.8-2.1% raise over the last 2 years, while the tech industry median hovers around 8%?
