Evolent is famous for its layoffs and they had slowed down during the pandemic but now they are back at what the know best. They don't take the time plan out their course they just forge ahead without preparation or the tools required to accomplish said goals and because of the failure to plan adequately they place the blame on the people that don't have anything to do with horrible decisions they make rather than the people that keeps pointing them in the wrong directions. They layoff the people tasked with doing the work rather than requiring better from upper management and replacing the likes of them. Pointless, but ride the boat until it is time for you to get off. raises hand....yep I'm a casualty of this weeks' "reduction in workforce" smh. The work was rewarding and salary very nice while I had it. :)
