when will there be a response from C level?

so, do we hear soon from Kate and the other C level executives regarding the rationale for the RIFs, or will we just see more post about road shows to games at Lumen Field, community involvement at food pantrys, and the other "feel good" stuff to mask what is really going on? My guess is they don't want to make a statement that will tank the stock price

Glassdoor Lumen reviews are crushing management and RIF. Lumen in typical fashion responds with a generic HR response which means nothing to anyone. Legal instructing jr. HR admin to post from the script.

To the person that wrote "C level is doing their job". Nicely written, but what you left out is while the writing has been on the wall for sometime is, successful companies adapt and make changes to weather the storm, ""Listen to you customers, listen to your employees who are face to face with these customer"" not purchase another communication company that was in debt and assume all their debt.

Now if you remember just over 2 years when she first got here, they had their WEEK LONG GET AWAY, posted pictures and fine dining, called it "Employee Appreciation", meanwhile back home supervisor were given a $5 dollar a person budget, if they got that much.

Moral of the story, this company is top heavy and has used this company as their personal piggy bank for them and all the friends that were brought over

This is just my own perspective. I think new c level suite objective was and has been to reduce company size and offerings. Trimming the fat of business services and employees a s make it to a size that can be sold. I don’t think lumen long term strategy is to be a stand alone company once debt and headcount is an acceptable and manageable number will be sold all things are indicating that

Hard to reply when you are busy with recording and re-recording the same valueless beach walk which everything is on “your heart and mind”. Or driving with equally incompetent management as you drive and sing bad songs off key. Really important priorities to drive confidence, SMH.

What’s ironic is that the very people demanding a response might be the first to criticize it as a generic, corporate fluff piece. Transparency from leadership is important, but no statement will change the fundamental issues that the company is grappling with or provide the answers many are looking for.

C level cannot address it because they have lied to you over and over again. Workers were already told "this is the last layoff". Workers are su-kers for believing what C level is saying. If you don't know what an exit strategy is then you need to go look it up. Lumen will be gone very soon.
