Well since the board finally approved M’s $28M paycheck the rest of us need to scrap our budgets to meet this demand. Sigh.

Other replies are accurate. Board will receive recommended merit and API to vote on. Depending on circumstances board can decide to sweeten the pot. But the company hasn’t reached all of its goals. Have to wait until end of fiscal year in January to see where that all lands. then board meeting. People who perform well should still have a healthy bonus. Cigna is unrelated.
We will know something after the board meeting in Feb
Lower that normal. A lot of the money this year is going into Cider.
