I work with the two marketing VPs. Great leaders, institutional knowledge that frankly no one else at the company has. My peers are shocked and angry at those layoffs in particular. If those two are dismissed, there is no hope for anyone else. Terrible mistake, again by the leadership of this company.

Congratulations to CMO Lauri, she is part of the major problems and many other leaders under her should let Go too.

Two marketing VP's, the chief customer officer, and one IT VP all let go; positions eliminated. Some senior directors/directors let go in the organizations too. Expect more changes/layoffs as organizations realign in the coming weeks/months.

I also heard that Boise Idaho terminated employees as well. Does anyone know how many? Does anyone know the status of other USA call center sites?

3 managers let go in Missoula, Montana today. One of them the site director who has been with Directv for 18+ years. Two team managers from Missoula now report to Denver Colorado. Missoula will become a Loyalty (disconnect) site effective in March, 2025.
