This monthly nightmare is awful, I’m sorry for those affected. While I am way too low on the totem pole to make a difference please know there is someone thinking of you and wishing nothing but the best for your future. The iceberg has already been struck. At this point it’s how much, and how quickly, the water will enter.
Is this happening again. Seems the only way for Avaya to making working revenue now / keeping afloat is to just keep cutting people without any attention to how they will manage the next month. Layoffs are down from every few years to every year to every quarter and now to every month. Not long now….
Thanks for your kind words. Got the dreaded email this evening along with pretty much my entire team. 20+ years with the company but I knew this day would come. Just sad what Avaya has become now. So many talented people gone over the last few years. Writing is on the wall, SS Avaya at some point will hit the iceberg or best scenario be acquired.
