Do whatever you can to find another job. Even if you make it through 2025 (which is doubtful), there's no reason to stay on a sinking ship. Just collecting a paycheck—especially when it's not a great one—should never be enough for anyone. This place failed, and there’s no reason for us to fail along with it.

If you work for Avaya and you don't have a customer in the G1300, start looking for a new job while you still have one.
At first it was just the Named Account Managers that did not have a G1300 footprint.
Today a huge chunk of the channel managers were let go.
Avaya will be selling RC, and RCX for mid-market, and IP Office will be spun down.
That and the precious G1300 are all that's left.

In fairness, we are all grown a-s adults , do your thing , some need to move on, some have a job to do, grow a pair and jog or do your job.
