Don't give KT to anyone, Don't document anything. Once you transfer your knowledge you will be fired.

If they want me to train a replacement, pay me extra in severance. I'm not the company laptop.
Actually this has happened again and again over last few years.
I transferred KT because I care about the customers and individual that would be left to clean up. Wasn’t for Avaya but for my conscious of doing the “right” thing. Down to my last hour before I was shut out the system. Do you.

It's pathetic that they believe they can even request
I was asked to do a KT, which I delayed, but I still got laid off!
Most of the groups I would of transfered the knowledge to were also substantially laid off!
