Sick time not accumulating

Has anyone noticed their sick time not accumulating in Fusion anymore?

A number of salaried employees in our department have noticed their sick balance doesn’t increase when the calculation date is moved to the future. Other salaried employees are still accumulating.

Thinking it might indicate layoffs to come.

Tried contacting HR and was told not to “read into this” even though they were very short with me and said not to participate in gossip! I was so mad I wanted to sm--k them!

Mine also aren’t accumulating in fusion, I am probably on the layoff list so this doesn’t surprise me one bit.

Very interesting, I’m going to look in to this in the morning. Could be an unexpected indicator of the layoffs that (we all know) are coming. If not, I’d check in with the HR partner to see if there’s a glitch or something.

Update: Checked and this is not happening to me, my sick time is accumulating as expected when calculating the future. Let us know if you find anything out, OP!
