Not you accusing people of being DEI hires while the white dude at the head of everything runs the company into the ground. If anything Tom is the best example of why people need to calm woth this DEI nonsense. You can either do your job or not. The buck stops with Tom.

Tom needs to be kicked out immediately, along with a few others further down the line. The DEI hire should be sent home. How does such a big company end up with so many people who are so underqualified?
He’s the 4th ceo for me and I will agree he’s the worst one. Out of touch with the organization and the people , phony, egotistical, money hungry, incompetent and most importantly cowardly. Laying off people left and right and cannot refer to lay offs but rather hides behind the word “impacted” just say ur laying offs people to maximize gross profit and fill ur pockets.
