Will hours be tracked for the 5 days RTO? Will the expectation be to be in the office for 5 full days every week?

They already tried having exempts book their time, remember Changepoint? Definitely want to vomit at that memory
yes, as exempt, when we work more than 40 we get so much more money in our check at the end of they pay cycle.
They will start checking when you log into your VPN at home. So yes, they will start monitoring, because god knows they ain’t busy innovating.
It's just going back to the way it was pre-covid. No more flags etc
Guess some of you people have never worked at companies that require you to submit timesheets even if you are Exempts.
“Maybe they should implement time clocks”
That implies we are all hourly and should be paid OT.

I have to get in at the crack of dawn to only sit on a zoom call with India. Brilliant....
"The only thing we've been told is that they will be checking to see if you connected to the VPN on the same days as your badge was scanned and you better have a good explanation."
That's just perfect! No more connecting from home to avoid the hassle of being asked to explain connecting via VPN. Kiss goodbye to all early/late evening meetings with global colleagues. Genuis!

RTO? We haven’t heard anything about this?

@ba+1jjgx15p3 Thanks for the update Jeff.
No, you only need to come in 40 hours within those 5 days. It's a new thing they're calling a "work week".
No, it's 5 days with flexibility
