Wait, you mean Ricoh has an HR department? Staffed by humans? Could have fooled me.
I can tell you 100% as someone who used to work at HQ… Most of HR is full of lazy, incompetent people who are only there to “protect” the company. Funny how HR NEVER has any layoffs, and probably needs to be one of the first departments gutted and restructured.
Anyone that has dealt with Ricoh's HR will tell you they are not there to help. If you take a problem to them they will turn it to make you the problem. The thing that confuses me the most with their drive to make the work place better for Gen Z and millenials, but has no desire to make it a better work place for Gen X
