usually in EU Layoffs are more difficult by law and they use different tactics but is only a time delay, the final result is the same. As before said : redundancies, reorg or position removal are the way to get the cuts.

From what I was told EMEA's whole AP department and many from FP&A have been let go
Layoffs are different in UK - announced redundancies, then appeals, then voluntary severance, etc. You're looking for announced redundancies and timings, not actual layoffs.
