Got invited to a couple of recurring HPE meetings after a lull from last week. Also got asked for some info from a HPE person. I thought no further engagement from Juniper side until the courts issue a final verdict. No clear & consistent message from leadership either.

this is an id--tic (and. legally liable) lie. the only meetings right now are. orchestrated by legal.
clearly some C#sc# bootlickers trying to continue to derail stuff with more lobbying.
Recurring meetings start next week. It was quiet for the last couple of weeks. Somebody didn't get the memo or this is being done on purpose.
If you engage, you could face criminal charges from the federal government. I'm not surprised those clowns are trying to disobey the law.
Also inform Attorney General Bondi's office on Juniper doubling down on DEI. She is getting the DOJ to criminally investigate companies that do DEI.
On the last page of the DOJ complaint, they have provided the contact details of the antitrust official.

Kindly pass along this information to your nearest DOJ official
Integration meetings seem to starting again in a few areas like Product. I thought everything was supposed to be on hold. Juniper management's communication leaves a lot to be desired. Restarting of this HPE engagement seems to be in direct violation of the DOJ complaint. Very confusing.
Any trouble from it will fall on you... let your manager own it.
Don't attend any meetings with HPE or share information. Juniper leadership is either clueless or purposely ambiguous about the messaging.
Based on the DOJ complaint (see below), it's very clearly stated that any further engagement will be in violation and thus breaking the law. So No.
Preliminarily and permanently enjoin and restrain Defendants and all persons
acting on their behalf from consummating HPE’s acquisition of Juniper or from
entering into or carrying out any other contract, agreement, plan, or
understanding, the effect of which would be to combine HPE and Juniper in the
United States.
Don’t engage with HPE!
