What did everyone take from the call today?
I'm guessing some eyes got opened as to how the field truly view OTC.

Most OTC employees feel the pain the Field does. They know they exist to support us. It is the revolving door of sr execs and their respective minions who live in fantasy land not the actual go-to OTC people we rely on.
I read EK’s comments of “improving scores” as time to clean house in the field and replace people who know what’s happening with clueless retail journey workers who are willing to accept anything for a paycheck.
LOL. No "eyes got opened" because this isn't new information. Most OTC folks know how out of touch the field is. You're almost as delusional as the C-suite.
Horribly out of touch. Terrible workplace.
