reduce the partner level resources since they can't sell to anyone other than their buddies in client companies. The number of D and above is crazy. Making band 9 & 10 into sales leaders and remain 100% billable is unrealistic.
Definitely. It’s absolute trash in Coppell TX. The center isn’t even designed or equipped to hold enough people for productive meaningful work. They want higher quality sales but can’t even take my customer calls on the floor. The cafe food is over priced and makes me sick. There are zero snacks. The internet is trash. The whole thing is just useless just like the leadership.
