They lost all credibility with their communities and customers.
The .com , and the inferior Nook tablet have been problematic from day one.
Customer service is a joke.
Stores, bathrooms, cafes not as clean as they used to be.
How are they still open?

HR does NOT care about the Booksellers. They’re there to protect the management.
The company still treats its employees horribly. I can tell you HR gets complaints constantly and B&N employees have secret groups to communicate online.
