I guess FDS no longer values diversity or at least doesn’t want to go on record as such. In its FACTS values online the word diversity was conspicuously removed from our Always Inclusive value. Irrespective of how you feel about this change, it is interesting, at least to me.

The problem is that the whole DEI program became political. It transformed into a voice of the far left and ultimately does not reflect its original intent of equal opportunities. Therefore it is not sustainable and bound to backfire to the other extreme. Moving to a merit based system is best for diversity in the long run.
I think the leadership has failed to live up to the values being postulated. They are neither diverse nor inclusive. The addition/removal of the word diverse changes very little if the daily actions are centred around groupthink.
