If the business wants us back then we need to return as we used to - working 5 days a week just as other companies are doing. We simply need to hold everyone in RCS to the same standard, as many senior leaders in sales and marketing are still frequently WFH particularly in EMEA. Most of the sales leaders in the region including the head of region are remote.

Always sales get hit by this. Let’s see if marketing and HR themselves can make it to the office. Half of them prob need to google the direction to the office.

WFH is such low hanging fruit when it comes to employee satisfaction too.

So if that goes away and raises are 2% for top performers, what keeps anyone here? I would rather take a 5 day in office job somewhere else for a proper raise.
