People being laid off at minimum every 6 months at Centene. Mass terminations on a national level at the stroke of a pen.
And some people in here get upset because people ARE rightfully worried about their jobs. The words of the day are FEAR MONGERING because others won't drink the Kool-Aid. And somehow they are here too for some odd reasonš¤£

I call BS on some of these posts as I have not heard anything as well. But then again most layoffs are done quietly and we only have that one loudmouth gossiper to rely on to some extent. With any company just keep doing your job until something happens. Worrying will not get us anywhere.
Has this happened this week? You all expecting it to happen? Or first hand experience? Someone gave the date of today and not one announcement so what exactly is going on here?
What dept was telling someone to " keep their options open" ? Also, the comment 3/12- what did you man?
I had my performance evaluation this morning. Although I had a great review my manager someone told me to "keep your options open in the near future"
Was that a hint???

Case managers, Project managers, Social workers. Especially the RN’s. Medicaid cuts mean less cases to work on.
Any ideas what area this time? I figured layoffs would of course happen once the orange man cuts Medicaid, is that this week?
