I received 4's across the board and received less than 100% of my API. As I understand it API was cut for IFM across the board because IFM didn't meet certain targets (which as far as I can tell doesn't seem to be true) so bonuses were cut. Based on this extremely disappointing town hall, anyone else here on IFM feel let down because, apparently, API was enhanced for the rest of the organization?

To the poster: you might want to ask why IFM is holding an Elite Retreat at a swanky resort in Idaho.
IFM is a poverty department, if you want a real bonus you'll need to find a real job
Wasn’t just IFM impacted. Hearing many group LOB teams and some of which met or exceeded goals for their department.
Divisional performance is tied to very specific metrics which your leadership would have been aware of and tracking progress against all year. This shouldn’t have been a surprise, unless Mark hasn’t been measuring the right things.
Getting 4s 'across the board' does not automatically equate to 100% of API. If you're expecting that because you got 4s then you don't understand the rating system and payouts. Yes, it could equate to 100%, but that's up to the person deciding your payout. Are you a squeaky wheel about your rating? Your question kind of makes me think that you are...
If so, you probably just got a 4 to pacify you, and your manager gave you the lowest they could on payout. Someone with a 3 probably got more than you.
Yes
Don’t understand this, IFM didn’t meet some of its goals but you still want your bonus paid as though it did?
Shameful that they highlight their own impressive bonus increases in API while they cut 20% from certain areas.
Devastating to some families that rely on performance incentives to have the rug pulled from them at year end.
