I used to have loyalty to the company, in a legacy company. Now, in Lumen, there is no loyalty. This company su-ks. The new batch of "leaders" are clueless. They don't know the business, let alone what the working stiffs do day to day. In the past I would strive to give 120% all the time. And it would be noticed. Today, these ill-informed leaders can't recognize if I'm ki-ling it or sandbagging them. Reviews, STI and pay raise clearly demonstrated that. I'll never give 120% again. They are getting 100% max, if that. I'll do the job and collect that 2-week direct deposit, and nothing more.
A 2% raise after 8 years with nothing was a slap in the face! Our bonus is tied to Kate’s so I knew they would pay out. We get chump change and she and the clown show get millions. SOS!
Considering the state of the stock and all the negative things going on at company internally, I think it is a great gesture company giving 100%+ STI
Funny how many people on this board are just people shorting the stock. You can downvote the 100% STI all you want, but the check is coming
Any idea when STI will be given out?
STI is being paid from savings on Brene Brown salary. What a monumental waste that was thinking grown adults will suddenly change from a stupid book.
This company would run fine without management.
And how does this relate to layoffs?
Only because of all the overhead they cut. Of course you guys hit 100%. How many more jobs have to be lost for you to hit 150%. It's definitely not performance based.
My manager argued I needed more bonus, so they giving me 150%.
Kate said STI was paying out at 100%. So the Leprechaun and his gold are coming for most this year.
Thanks Kate!
I got a 120%. So Friday will be nice
surely you jest
