Word has it that someone lawyered up, forcing Centene to finally investigate the years long abuse, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation taking place in the marketing org under the “leadership” of the one from Mars.

Bully employees, you get training and a promotion. Don’t do your job, you get a promotion and less work because you’re stressed. Just do not do it if you are not bonus eligible or you will be harassed. The cycle continues. This is what I learned so far. Take a course on how to cope with this chaos lol
@108+1jpr52ans Same thing with a manager I worked with!!
She was investigated, had no choice but to admit what she did because she did it in front of several others, including a manager. She was tapped on the hand, and the person who reported her was coached on how to deal with stressful work environments.
Two months later...SHE WAS PROMOTED TO A SENIOR MANAGER position, and the person who reported her...laid off soon thereafter!
Finally.
@burner—Since I moved over under her leadership, HR has investigated (interviewed, etc.) my leader at least three times. She was investigated at least twice before I moved out, I learned. Wait for it! She got promoted to a regional directorship.
I want the tea - what market?
Investigate all the bad leaders…
Sincerely,
Someone who is under AMAZING leadership now. But who used to be under bad leadership of a “leader” that needs to be THOROUGHLY investigated. She’s easy to spot. She runs away from work.
Sad part is there are leaders like that across the organization. My PL just gets a few trips for leadership training/online trainings after a complaint and back to business as usual.
The most uninspiring leadership.
Spicy!
Can confirm. Someone from HR reached out to me this week, asking lots of questions about 3 specific people on the marketing leadership team.
