I can’t help but wonder when store managers will actually start facing the music for blowing off the schedules they send to their RVPs. Even with the recent changes to store hours, some managers breezily saunter in early and clock out by 2 PM, while others roll in around noon and dip out at 5 PM. It’s high time for RVPs to make some surprise drop-ins or just pick up the phone and call the stores themselves. And if the manager on duty says they’ll have the store manager call you back, but then you get a call from their personal cell? It’s pretty clear they’re not on-site! If you want associates to be held accountable for their attendance, then management better step up and take responsibility too!

Honestly, I have seen my store manager one time since Christmas and that was for a few seconds.
@a5+1jq050h0h 🤣🤣🤣 you may have called out the wrong gender!!! They could have hairy ba--s and swinging!
rvp's are just as bad, maybe worse.
We had a store manager who said she had to go to a funeral out of state, then posted pictures on instagram of herself at Panama City Beach 🤷♀️
When a retail company is in its final stages of life you start to see stuff like this happening, no legitimate, well functioning (financially and ethically retail company ) would allow this to happen.
